The Nitty-Gritty
This 65,000sf proejct was a 3-year sublease. Limited TI and a task to reuse much of the previous tenant’s furniture package as well and integrate the client’s existing pieces from their previous office. We worked to elevate the space wtih simple changes like paint and furnishings. Got creattive with reuse and spent money where it matttered most to the client - the employee break and lounge spaces.
