Common Space is a private events rental business in San Francisco. This building built in 1907 was originally used as an assembly hall for community groups. What a perfect beginning for the latest Common Space location. With factory windows and an open floor plan, we did a full gut of the existing kitchen to create the perfect setting for large parties and group meetings. The 15’ island is a feature in the space while the high end commercial furnishings give some color and soften the otherwise industrial space at the top floor of this historical building.
