The Nitty-Gritty
A long time client purchaed a 1920 factory space as their new home and storage unit for Shine Facilites. They needed help creating an office for their staff, storage space for supplies, and a co-working space on the ground floor. With limited construction scope, we helped create a hybrid space that feels uniquely “Shine” while maintaining a lot of the industrial charm of the original building.
